Waxwork Records, known for their remastered cult film soundtrack releases, announced today that the company is accepting vinyl pressing orders for their in-house pressing plant. The label’s vinyl pressing plant has, up to now, been used for their internal releases, which include a mix of soundtrack re-releases, current movie soundtracks, and first-ever premieres of soundtracks for classic movies.
The company is looking to work with bands, singer/songwriters, record labels and other companies that have a need for vinyl record pressing services and are accepting orders as small as 100 units.
Here is the correspondence Waxwork sent to customers:
Building and opening our very own vinyl pressing plant has been a rewarding journey. It’s allowed us to press our Waxwork titles in-house while also helping others bring their music to life on vinyl that looks and sounds amazing.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be launching our brand-new vinyl pressing plant website. Through this new platform, you’ll be able to place orders directly to have your records pressed at Waxwork. We’re accepting jobs from bands, singer/songwriters, record labels, and more—so whether you’re indie or established, we’re here to help bring your music to vinyl.
We are currently accepting jobs as low as 100 units, and no project is too big. Whether it’s your debut album or your next big release, we’re ready to help bring it to life on wax.
