Shipment processing times

In Stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Made-On-Demand items ship in 5-7 business days. Select products may take longer. Please review each item’s product page for special handling times. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All domestic shipping to a United States of America (U.S. and U.S. Territories) postal address have various fees for shipping. Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider and may take up to 10 business days. U.S. Media Mail may take up to 20 days. Please select an expedited shipping method if you have an event you need an item for by a certain date.

International Shipping Policy

We charge a $19.99 flat delivery free for international shipping. Delivery estimates vary per shipping location and carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cachet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damaged Items

Cachet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
