The George Washington Bridge is home to the world’s largest free-flying American flag. The massive flag is installed between two of the suspension bridge’s trusses on select American holidays, such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day and Independence Day, among others. This image was captured from the Fort Lee side of the bridge in New Jersey.
