This rare candid features Joe Spinell and Caroline Munro on the set of the David Winters horror comedy The Last Horror Film. The movie – which was lensed without shooting permits during the 1981 Cannes Film Festival – centers on a New York City cab driver who stalks a beautiful actress attending the event. The plot also involves a series of violent murders of the woman’s friends.

The Last Horror Film also stars J’Len Winters, John Kelly, Simone Overman, Malgosia Casey, Patty Salier, Chip Hamilton, George Valismis, Peter D’Arcy, Don Talley and Mai Britt Finseth, along with appearances by Isabelle Adjani, Karen Black, Cathy Lee Crosby, Kris Kristofferson and Marcello Mastroianni.
